ACT Presentation during the Final Conference of LIFE Project "LAKS"

The ACT Project Manager, Marco Cardinaletti, was at the final conference of the LAKS in Reggio Emilia on 14 October to present ACT Project and discuss about new energies with zero CO2, Intelligent networks and services, A city moving better, A greener and more efficient city - Low-carbon economy, Adaptation to climate change.
Representatives and technicians from other Italian and European cities have been invited.
LAKS Life is a European project developed by the Municipalities of Reggio Emilia, Padova, Girona, Bydgoszcz and Arpa Emilia- Romagna.
The LAKS project's goal is to provide other Italian and European cities tools to measure greenhouse gas emissions (particularly carbon dioxide), to facilitate the planning of strategies for reducing and reporting results.
LAKS project pursues the goals set by the European Union 20-20-20 strategy: to cut by 20% greenhouse gas emissions, to raise the share of renewable energy to 20% and to improve energy efficiency to reduce fuel consumption by 20% by 2020.
